Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photographs may be requested to facilitate the review process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, Wellosi reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
